1. What We Collect
When you create an account and use Adboard, we collect the following information:
- Account information — your email address and authentication credentials, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
- Brand data — brand names, short codes, logos, naming conventions, and platform configurations you provide.
- Creative assets — metadata about your ad creatives including codes, types, thumbnails, deployment status, and notes. We store references and thumbnails; original media files remain in your Google Drive or local storage.
- Platform connections — OAuth access tokens and API credentials for ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google) that you explicitly authorize. These are used solely to pull ad performance data and execute actions you approve.
- Conversation data — messages exchanged with the Adboard AI agent via Telegram or the dashboard, used to maintain conversation context and improve responses.
- Performance data — ad spend, revenue, ROAS, and other metrics pulled from your connected ad platform accounts.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the core Adboard service — creative tracking, deployment management, and performance reporting.
- To power the AI agent — generating daily reports, answering questions about your ad performance, and proposing optimisation actions.
- To send you Telegram notifications and daily reports if you have configured the Telegram integration.
- To execute ad management actions (pause, scale, kill) on your behalf, only when you explicitly approve them.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is never used to train AI models.
3. Third-Party Services
Adboard integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:
- Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and file storage.
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI-powered analysis and conversation. Your ad data and messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs/outputs to train models.
- Telegram Bot API — message delivery for the AI agent integration.
- Ad platform APIs (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google) — reading performance data and executing approved actions using your authorized credentials.
- Vercel — application hosting and serverless function execution.
4. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Platform credentials and access tokens are stored encrypted in our database. We use Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access data belonging to their own brands.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Ad performance snapshots are stored to enable historical trend analysis. Conversation history is retained to maintain agent context and improve response quality.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you and your brands.
- Correction — update or correct any inaccurate data through the dashboard settings.
- Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. This includes brand data, creative metadata, platform connections, conversation history, and performance snapshots.
- Disconnect — revoke platform connections at any time through the Connections settings page. This immediately removes stored credentials.
- Data portability — request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

7. Cookies
Adboard uses essential cookies only — for authentication sessions and theme preferences. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or via Telegram if you have the agent connected.
